1. What MySimpleRSVP provides

MySimpleRSVP allows you to create an RSVP page for your event, share it with guests, and collect responses in one place.

2. Accounts and access

You access your dashboard using secure email login links. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

3. Payments

Paid features are charged as a one-off payment per event. Prices are shown clearly before purchase. There are no subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Guest data

You are responsible for the information you collect from your guests. MySimpleRSVP acts only as a tool to store and display this information on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MySimpleRSVP for unlawful purposes, to abuse the service, or to attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep MySimpleRSVP available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

MySimpleRSVP is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service, except where required by law.

8. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to help. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
